TRAINING

Training is an essential component to the VirtualePM solution. The VePM subscription gives your team access to a dedicated Project Management Professionally (PMP) certified instructor who will ensure that all of your training requirements are met. Each customer receives training that is tailored for the end user and is segmented by the following roles: Project Manager, Team Member, Manager/Executive and System Administrator. Every system user gets a comprehensive step-by-step user guide with detailed screen shots of the solution.

SUPPORT

The VirtualePM support team is available to you 8am to 8pm EDT Monday through Friday to assist with usage questions, training support, configuration trouble shooting and any other non-infrastructure related issue. Our service professionals are Microsoft Certified and have extensive knowledge of project management fundamentals. The base VePM initiation fee comes with an allotment of hours for your team to utilize though a dedicated support email and toll-free number. Additional support hours can be purchased at a flat rate if more support is needed. Please contact your account executive for additional support pricing.

INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT & RELIABILITY

The VirtualePM secure servers have industry-leading uptime using high-end servers with redundant CPUs, drives, and hot spares. The VePM solution infrastructure is supported 24×7 with nightly backups of sensitive customer data including project data, documents, risks and issues.

SELF SERVICE SUPPORT

Your subscription to VirtualePM comes with quick reference guides and a database of information to give users the knowledge they need confidently utilize the VePM solution. VePM reference guides are a supplement to the comprehensive training materials and may be downloaded from the “VePM Information and Documentation” portion of the solution site. The self-service materials are categorized by end user roles so your team can quickly find the information they need anytime day or night.
